Over the years, I've had the privilege of working on various projects across diverse development themes, honing my skills in end-to-end assessments, data analysis and report writing. Here are some of the notable projects I've had the opportunity to contribute to.
Consulting Work
Report on Perception on Menstrual Hygiene Management
Consultant, Youth Ki Awaaz and WSSCC
This project focused on mapping perceptions and barriers to menstrual health access for young women and trans menstruators.
I conducted a thorough literature review to understand the current state of MHM in India and designed a comprehensive questionnaire to gather insights on menstrual health perceptions and the various intersectional issues that impact access to menstrual hygiene. Utilizing statistical software such as R, and Tableau, I analysed data collected from 11,000 surveyors, applying advanced statistical techniques to identify trends and correlations. Based on the analysis, I prepared an analytical report that maps the current perspectives on menstrual health and highlights potential areas of intervention.
This project showcases my expertise in literature review, questionnaire design, data analysis, and report preparation.

Baseline Assessment of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy in Jharkhand under NIPPUN Mission
Data and Analysis Consultant, Central Square Foundation
As a data consultant, I analyzed and assessed the foundational literacy and numeracy outcomes of Grade II students across Jharkhand, at both the state and district levels. The study encompassed six languages: Hindi, Kudukh, Santhali, Mundari, HO, and Khadiya.
I extensively utilized statistical tools and robust econometric methodologies to conduct a comprehensive evaluation, aiming to identify areas where students fell short of the national and state benchmarks. Through rigorous analysis, I aimed to shed light on existing gaps in students' knowledge and skills and propose targeted interventions to bridge those gaps.
Advocacy report for Utilization of vacant government lands for healthcare infrastructure in Maharashtra
Project Consultant, Policy wing
As the project consultant, I undertook in-depth secondary research to identify the healthcare infrastructure gaps and the existing disease burden of the state. The process was followed by in-depth interviews with myriads of government intermediaries in terms of their needs, requirements and key challenges.

Based on the research, an advocacy document was prepared proposing the utilization of vacant government lands for healthcare infrastructure. The document highlighted the benefits, feasibility, and cost estimates, aiming to improve healthcare accessibility and quality. Stakeholder engagement was a key aspect of the project.
